Any chance you’d publish those somewhere other than Amazon?
I can live with the DRM (fairly easy to remove for now), but on principal I’m too annoyed with Amazon charging $2 for international shipping on each book (well, technically it’s for phone/wireless cover when it’s ordered internationally, but they don’t care that I own only a Kindle which isn’t even capable of wireless communication, or that I neither want nor need to have any future support for wireless downloading)

Nope. The Dead Man is exclusive to Amazon. However, I know they will soon be doing international editions…including one in German.
