Oscar nominated screenwriter Paul Haggis ("Million Dollar Baby") has been hired to rewrite the Neal Purvis & Robert Wade ("Die Another Day," "World is Not Enough") screenplay for the Bond movie CASINO ROYALE. The search is still on for the new Bond, though I hear it’s between Steve Carrell and Will Smith.
Mr. Haggis created a really cool show, “Due South”, that aired from ’94 to ’98.
I picked up all three DVD season sets at Best Buy last week.
I never watched it when it aired, and I’m really glad they released these sets at such a low price!
I hear the Canadian sets were very pricey & didn’t include the Pilot episode. Plus the packaging was done very poorly.
I have so far watched the first season & started the second.
Mr. Haggis has come a long way since then.
Wow, Bond!
I’ll be interested to see this next film, and who will play Bond.
Steve Carrell would make an excellent Bond. He’s already got Sean Connery’s hairy chest.
