I have just added the Snapshot widget to my blog, which gives you a "snap shot" of the webpages I’ve linked to just by passing your cursor over the link. I’ve seen it on other blogs I visit (and I like it) so I decided to try it out on mine. Let me know what you think!
It is really one of the most annoying widgets one can install.
I agree with Tod.
It´s great! I love it and I added this widget on my page too now. Thank you for your “inspiration” ;-),

Overall, I like it because you can rollover a link for an instant preview instead of wasting time loading the whole page. It is annoying when you’re spasmatically rolling over everything willy-nilly, as most of us do when we’re just browsing a page.
It is an exceptional day which will be marked red in my calendar: I agree with Tod.
Now we can preview what comments have done on their own blog, too? That’s interesting.

Maybe the Snapshot Widget is annoying just at first. I found the entire Internet annoying at one time, and floppy disks, and even my laptop. Can’t live without them now. I feel that any change that gets me more information faster and easier is probably a good one. The Snapshots meet the test.
Doesn’t matter to me Firefox’s pop-up blocker kills them. Never cared much for the effect myself.
I’m not sure what you’re talking about…I place the mouse cursor over a link, and nothing happens.
Oh, you mean pop-up blockers stop it?
Thanks goodness.
Doesnt everyone use a pop-up blocker?
Well I think it’s pretty cool-but then I am a bit of a geek when it comes to IT stuff.
Don’t like it. Also, something is making your page load very slowly, and this may be it.
