Judge George Daniels sided with the world’s largest publishing conglomerate and
issued a decision that would keep the Da Vinci Cover-Up complete.I’ve
already talked with my lawyers.We’re appealing because there is ample
evidence and law to indicate that Dan Brown copied my work and that a jury trial
is the ONLY procedure that will bring any measure of justice.
I’ve done some comparing now, and there seem to be paragraph after paragraph after paragraph in Judge Daniels’ decision that are identical, word-for-word to those in the Random House briefs. It’s almost as if he forgot to read mine.
